History of The Firm
Ellsworth Family Law, P.C. was established in 2003 by Mr. Ellsworth, a Certified Family Law Specialist by the State Bar of Arizona, as a specialty law firm providing legal representation in all Family Law Matters. Since that time the firm has grown to include two additional attorneys, Glenn D. Halterman, who is also a Certified Family Law Specialist, and F. Taylor Larson, who also handles family law and personal injury matters. We also have two legal paraprofessionals and two highly trained paralegals working as a team to ensure that all matters are handled professionally and as efficiently as possible. The services provided by the firm have been expanded to also include mediation, arbitration, and personal injury.
How Do I Get Started?
Because every case is unique, you should speak with one of our firm’s attorneys regarding the facts and issues involved in your particular case. The best way to proceed is to contact our office and schedule an initial consultation with one of our attorneys.
The cost of the initial consultation is $300.00 and lasts for approximately one hour. During the initial consultation, the attorney will be able to review any court documents you have filed or received and will be able to answer your questions regarding your options, fees, and an appropriate strategy.

STACY L. JAMES
Legal Paraprofessional
Stacy James has been a part of Ellsworth Family Law for over 8 years. Stacy brings over 20 years of paralegal experience to the firm in many different types of law including family and personal injury litigation. Recently, Stacy became one of the very first Legal Paraprofessionals in Arizona along with Randi Partain. This allows both women to appear in court and represent clients at a lower cost than attorney representation.

Randi Partain joined Ellsworth Family Law in 2019 as a family law paralegal, bringing with her 13 years of family law experience. Randi earned her Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies from Everest College and graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree from ASU. In her downtime, Randi enjoys spending time with her family and pets, cooking, reading and watching football. Randi recently became one of the very first Legal Paraprofessionals in Arizona along with Stacy James.
Melissa K. Krause
Paralegal
Melissa Krause joined the firm in 2021 after working as a family law paralegal at other firms for many years. Mel’s diligence and attention to detail has made her a great fit in our firm. Outside of work, you will find her either baking, spending time with her son, catering to her dog “Princess Penny” or singing at a nearby karaoke night.
Allyce G. Harring
PARALEGAL / DOC PREP SPECIALIST
Allyce Harring has been a part of our firm since 2007, where she started as a receptionist. After many years of hard work and diligence, she became a legal assistant and is now a paralegal. Allyce is an Arizona native and loves traveling around and exploring what this great state has to offer. When she’s not working, she loves spending time with her husband, Brent and their two kids, Bruce & Kimber. Allyce is a valuable member of our team!

Leann Richardson joined our firm in 2017 as a receptionist/legal assistant. She has worked in several offices before in various capacities and she provides a welcoming presence as the “face” of our firm. Leann is married with 5 children and 9 grandchildren whom she adores. She loves sports and camping with her family.
Gail Ellsworth
Office Manager
Gail Ellsworth is married to our managing partner and has managed the office for the past 13 years. She is primarily over accounts receivable/payable, HR and does her best to take administrative duties off the attorneys to allow them to focus entirely on their case load. Gail is the mother of 6 adult children and 6 grandchildren (the best part of life!). Her hobbies are photographer, traveling and cooking & entertaining her family and friends
